How it works
- Pick the apps. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, or anything else on your phone.
- Set the goal. 3 miles to start, or 30 minutes of running. Change it any time.
- Do it, and they unblock. Not at a set time, and not when a timer runs out. When it's done.
Record the run the way you already do, on a watch or in Strava. Once it's in Apple Health, it counts. Nothing to log twice.

- Do I need Strava?

- What about rest days?
- Pick the days it counts: every day, weekdays, weekends or your own. Sick or away? Pause it until you're back.
Seven days free. Then one plan.
Everything at either price. You're not charged until the seven days are up.
