18 minutes to go.
Go moveTry to open Roblox anyway
- Tapping is not cardio.
- The door is right there and it's free.
- At this rate the tapping is the workout.
Blocky, on the block. He has a lot of these.
How it works
- Pick the apps. Roblox, Candy Crush and Clash Royale, or anything else on your phone.
- Set the goal. 30 minutes of exercise to start. Change it any time.
- Do it, and they unblock. Not at a set time, and not when a timer runs out. When it's done.
Ahonui reads Apple Health, so a workout on your Apple Watch, in Strava or in any gym app counts on its own. Nothing to log.
No snooze button. A gem gets you 15 minutes, but your friends might troll you for using it.
It works offline, and your health data stays in Apple Health. We never see which apps you block.
But what if
- What if I need Roblox before I'm done?
- A gem gets you 15 minutes. You earn one on a day you do every habit, and your friends see when you spend it.
- Do I need an Apple Watch?
- No. A workout from Strava or any gym app that writes to Apple Health counts, and so does one from your watch.
- What about rest days?
- Pick the days it counts: every day, weekdays, weekends or your own. Sick or away? Pause it until you're back.
Seven days free. Then one plan.
Everything at either price. You're not charged until the seven days are up.
iPhone, iOS 26.5 or later. Cancel any time in Settings. Apple takes the payment, so we never see your card.
